Donations of solo music welcome!

You have probably found this page from the link published in a classified ad in The Christian Science Monitor.  Welcome!

A big part of Vocal Works is making recordings of sacred solo music freely available.  If you'll check the Solo Bank (click the button at the left), you'll see that over 1,200 recordings are currently available for playing through one's computer or downloading.  There is no charge for this service.  The recordings are there to help soloists and music committees find new music (and new, old music) — and to preview pieces to determine their suitability for use in a service and to help inexperienced singers learn a song.

There are lots of wonderful new and recent compositions still in print, but old, out-of-print music is hard to find.  And there are hundreds, maybe thousands of such pieces that deserve new life.

If you are a person or a church with a collection of solo music that you can no longer use, I would be grateful to have it.  And you can see from the Solo Bank what I would do with it.
